We opened animated hand specification do everybody can make own animated hand for Explaindio 3

For animated hand we use swf for animation. I’m linking below the one we use as well as the fla souces to better see how it should be made

For the demo animation is just a hand with pen, moving the pen up and down. We using 100 frames for this animation and we choose the total movement distance (tip of pen from up to down) = 100px

This is not a requirement, you can make the movement bigger or smaller and even the animation frame number can be higher or smaller.

You can add the animated hand from the “Pen Galery” (clicking “Set Hand” from effects tab) and selecting “Add Animated Pen” button and going through the process.

For test we just using one of the hands cut in half with a “hinge” at the wrist cause we couldn’t do it better with real (that is just to show you how you can make your own good one.

As you can see in the hand fla, the hand has an up and down movement but the tip of the pencil remains in the same place, I have a small black dot in place, you will have to do the same., look at the fla for a better understanding or let me know.
