After some months of having been busy by private troubles, I’m back on my purchase and still struggle to get it

1.Ican’t download the software, the download always stopping before the end (EXPLAINDIO 3)

2. I could access EXPLAINDIO V1 but cant log because of my password lost..

No possible to change the password  when lost because you ask for … the previous password…???
